Why is there no upfront cost?
Because the actual cost of building a modern hotel website is small enough that financing it across a year of subscription works for both sides. The upfront-then-retainer model is a relic of when websites took months and required real engineering. They no longer do.
What if I cancel?
Thirty days notice, in writing. You keep the code, the content, the Git repository — everything. We help you move to whoever you choose. No exit fee. That's the entire point of building things you own.
How does the AI agent actually work?
It reads incoming requests from your email, WhatsApp, or the CMS, identifies the change required, makes the edit as a Git commit on a preview branch, and pushes it for human review. We approve or revise within hours. The agent never deploys to production directly — every change passes a human.
What if my booking engine isn't on your list?
We'll integrate it if it has an embed code, an iframe, or an API. We've never said no to an integration; the price varies by complexity. Tell us during the application what you're using and we'll quote integration up front.
What's not included?
Things we don't pretend to do well: paid ad management, social media content, email marketing campaigns, OTA channel optimisation. We do websites well; we stay out of everything else. Most subscribers run those with specialist agencies and we integrate cleanly with whatever they choose.
